Featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, this deeply restorative experience is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite profound relaxation.

Yin is a practice of stillness, and poses are held for 3-5 minutes on each side, supported by props. Yin focuses on flexibility and patience, by targeting deep connective tissue. This style of yoga is accessible to practitioners of all levels. Join Beth, along with a litter of adoptable kittens from Fancy Cats & Dogs Rescue Team for a 45-minute "kitten experience," including a short, guided meditation focused on extending the love we have for our pets to ourselves and one another, kitten snuggling, community, and joy.
