Let the soothing vibrations of sound-healing instruments and gentle kitty purrs melt away stress and tension, leaving you grounded, rejuvenated, and at peace.

Join us at Yoga in Del Ray in Alexandria for a 45-minute, intimate, adoptable cat + sound bath experience. (Only 20 spots are available in each session).

We will enjoy a 25- minute sound bath, featuring crystal bowls, chimes, rain stick, crystal pyramid, gong, fans, and more, followed by 20 minutes of socializing with the adoptable (adult) cats from A Cat and Dog's Friend Rescue, a volunteer-run, small rescue focusing on cats and dogs in need of a home in the greater DC Metro area.

The event benefits the rescue.

Children must be 10+ years of age to attend, and be able to be still and quiet during the sound portion of the event.

Three 45-minute sessions available: 4pm, 5pm and 6pm
